There is a $500 minimum for all opening orders and reorders.

There are Three methods by which you may place an order with Heather Ann Creations

1. FAX ORDERS: You may fax your order on your company letterhead or purchase order forms to (714)434-4842

2. MAIL ORDERS: You may mail orders to 1580 Sunflower Ave., Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

3. SHOWROOM ORDERS-You may shop and place your orders at any of our two permanent showrooms

METHOD OF PAYMENT & TERMS

For all new customers we accept Visa, Mastercharge, and American Express. Please note we will not charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You also have the option of prepaying your order by check or money order; Your order will be shipped when the check has cleared the bank. For established customers, if requesting net 30 we will do a credit check to verify if your order qualifies for terms. Please submit credit references and bank information for open terms consideration. Accounts inactive for 12 months must provide current credit information before new orders are processed.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped freight prepaid. All of our negotiated discounts with our major carriers are passed on to you. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipments to residential addresses have substantial upcharges.

Inspect your order upon delivery. Do not accept packages if (A.) they do not belong to your company or (B) are damaged . If there is damage refuse the box('s) and/or note on the delivery receipt in order for Heather Ann to file a claim with the carrier.

Returns will not be accepted without our authorization . Unauthorized returns will be refused. All damaged merchandise or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Refused shipments are costly. We will invoice 15% of the order value for restocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. This condition does not apply to shipments refused due to damage.
